Hello, Mighty Woman of God, I pray that today's message will touch your heart and will be of comfort and encouragement no matter where you are in your spiritual walk with Jesus Christ.
(2 Corinthians 10:3-6), For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
P.O.W. (Prisoner of War). As we have all seen a movie either on the big screen or television about a war movie where someone was captured by the enemy and held captive for a long amount of time. In the move the enemy usually wants his prisoner to openly denounce his country and his beliefs. The enemy tortures that prisoner until he breaks and does whatever the enemy ask of him. When you look at that prisoner, his clothes are usually dirty, he has lost a tremendous amount of weight and sometimes the prisoner is even struck with some kind of disease.
Some of us are P.O.W.'s. Even though we are saved and believe with all our hearts that Jesus is our Lord and Savior. But for some reason, we are still P.O.W.'s. A P.O.W. cannot always be spotted by the type of clothes we wear or how we smell. Or how much we go to church or bible study. Some of us are P.O.W.'s in our mind and when your mind is a prisoner, it can affect your whole body. Your mind will not allow you to be free of past hurts and past relationships that have torn you apart.
You are tortured about past history with men, past history with abuse and past history with drugs and alcohol. God is not bringing your past up over and over again, its the enemy. The enemy is trying to torture you until you give in and denounce the Lord Jesus Christ. You are a prisoner in your mind and wondering why God will not deliver you from yourself. You can be destructive to yourself if you continue to allow the enemy to whisper sweet nothings in your ears. That's right, it's nothing. And God has delivered you from your past, what is stronghold is is you. You can be your worst enemy.
So what do you do? How do you break free, once and for all of the enemy? You tell your story. We overcome the enemy by our testimonies. When you open your mouth and tell your story, (I mean to someone that you can trust), the enemy is weakened. He is basically saying to himself, "Dag, she's no longer ashamed. I can't torture her with that anymore". The next step is to remember that your weapons are not carnal. What are your weapons? The WORD of God, prayer, the WORD of God. Make up in your mind that your will no longer be torture by the enemy, you will no longer live as his captive, you are no longer going to be a P.O.W. AMEN!
Heavenly Father, I pray that you forgive me for my sins. Father, forgive me for the things that I might have done to my body with drugs, alcohol and men. Father help me to accept your forgiveness so that I can move forward in my life and live a life of freedom, holding back no praise and worship that you desire from me. Lord Jesus, I know that you love me and I accept your love. I love you too, Lord, even when I don't express that love all the time. I receive your blessings for my life, in Jesus name, Amen.

ONE THING AT A TIME
Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!
I pray that you are all blessed and highly favored of the Lord on today. The Lord has a great message for us today. Thanks for reading.
(Ephesians 3:16-19), I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
Woman of God, I want to encourage you today, to take one thing at a time. If you are trying to deal with everything that is going wrong in your life all at one time, this can be a very tremendous burden to you and you will feel defeated before you have even begun. Start with the little things and work your way up. Some people get offended at church because the Holy Spirit tugged at their spirit and they don't want to go back in fear that they have not released all the sin in their life. It doesn't work that way. The more you hear the Word of God, He gives you power and strength to overcome battles and temptations in your life. The more rooted in Christ Jesus the more power you will have to defeat the enemy
Might I suggest that you make a list of the worldly things that you do or the things that you know are not pleasing to the Lord and pray over them. Ask the Lord Jesus for deliverance in those areas of your life and the power to stay delivered. You don't have to tell anyone about your list. It's between you and the Lord Jesus. There may come a time when you are about to do or say something that is on your list and you will hear the Holy Spirit say, "don't do that, or don't say that". The more obedient that you are to that tugging in your inner being, the more victorious you will become and powerful to the glory of God. Once the Lord sees that you are at least willing to try to become more like Him, He will move mountains on your behalf. God is so compassionate and patient. The Lord God wants you to be free from sin, and if you want the same thing, then you and God are now working together. It's better to work with the Lord than to work without Him. It's better to walk with Jesus, than to walk alone.
I still have a list that the I am believing the Spirit of the Lord Jesus is working. Every time I think that I have something beat, another sin replaces that one. I stay prayerful and I always acknowledge the fact that I am undone in certain areas of my life. I am honest with the Lord and I have often said, "Lord, that one is a hard one for me to overcome, or Lord, I've been doing it this way all my life". I am not above correction from the Lord. There have also been times that I just didn't make it and then I have to ask for God's forgiveness and start all over again. One more important thing God wants you to remember is that no one is above sin. Never let anyone make you think that you are not worthly of the love of God. If you begin to feel that way, you will make excuses as to why you can't go to church and the enemy will have you exactly where he wants you, feeling unworthly and defeated. A spirit of defeat always leaves the door open for the spirit of depression.

One day at a time! That's the Lord's message for you today. I think about the times that I spent in church services or classes and I was often reminded of the numerous of sins that are not of God. No sin is of God. You sit and listen to the pastor's message and you are moved by the words but deep in the back of your mind, you know that the sin that he is preaching about, is something that you are still struggling with. While you are in church and are being convicted of a particular sin or sins in your life, it is the Holy Spirit that is tugging on your inner being. It does not mean that He is mad at you, the Spirit of the Lord is trying deliver you and help you keep your deliverance or obtain deliverance from Him. The pastor might be the one that lay hands on you, but without the anointing of the Holy Spirit you will not be delivered.

WORK MAKES IT WORK
Hello Mighty Woman of God! I pray that you are blessed and highly favored of our Lord Jesus Christ. I speak the blessings of God's favor upon you, in Jesus name.
(Matthew 19:5-6), "For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain (two) shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain (two), but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder".
Okay, ladies, so you could say, "What makes her an expert on marriage?" Well, I'm not an expert and being married four times, still doesn't qualify me. So I am going to say, "I believe" or "in my opinion" therefore not being an expert.
Someone that is very close to me, recently got married and I was so happy for her. Two weeks later, I got a phone call, "I'm leaving, this marriage is not going to work". I laughed and told her "Well, you will probably get divorced at least five or six times before the year is over". It was true. I got divorced at least five times the first couple of years of my marriage. What I mean by getting a divorced five times is something a lot of us go through. We say we're leaving and never leave. We waste time packing clothes only to unpack them over and over again. I think it's funny now, but those first couple of years can be a handful. Needless to say, that person is still married and so am I. In fact, I just got divorced for the 20th time last week.
So what are the best ingredients for a marriage that will last through some harsh times and some happier times. A marriage that will last in spite of each other. The first ingredient is GOD. I believe that if you stand before God and say "I Do", then you should. Marriage takes a lot of work just like being a mother takes a lot of work. Just because you gave birth makes you a woman that birthed forth a child. Being a mother is something entirely different and special. Being married is something different than becoming a wife that your husband and others will call blessed.
I believe that it is better for a couple to stay friends with other couples. That way you are not hanging out with your single girlfriends and making your husband jealous. Even though you keep telling him that you aren't cheating, it is much easier not to even allow that doo to be opened. Now I'm not saying dump all your single friends, but have some couple dates as well. Now, here's another thing. Ladies, I have heard so many times that you think it's okay to hang out with your closest guy friends because you were friends before you got married. If you think that much of that guy friend then your husband, then you should have married him. Don't open that door.
Pick your battles. I have finally come to a point in my life (at the age of 50), when I learned how to pick my battles. I don't get upset about everything. Picking your battles mean that you will learn that some things just aren't that important. When you spend a lot of time arguing, satan is having a good ole time in your home. I have heard the term, "Never go to bed angry". Well, going to bed mad makes you get up mad. Try to just agree, not to agree.
This last thing is very important. Trust God. Hopefully you married a man that you can trust, so now it's time to trust God to guide you and your marriage the rest of the way. Now that works, it really does. PRAISE GOD!

WALKING INTO THE UNKNOWN
Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God! I speak blessings of peace and joy upon your life during this Holiday Season. May you be blessed of the Lord as you seek after Him. Rejoice in this day because this is another day for you to give God the glory.
(Matthew 14:26-32), And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I, be not afraid. And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?
When we were babies while resting in our mother's arms, we never had the fear of her dropping us. We didn't have to worry about whether our diapers would be changed or whether or not would be fed. As newborn babies we didn't have a care in the world. We didn't know fear, we didn't know that if you were to drop us out of a second story window we would suffer death. As babies we loved it when you threw us high up in the air and caught us in your arms before we hit the floor. We actually did not know the consequences if you didn't catch us. We trusted our parents, we knew noting about fear.
As we entered into our adulthood, we have probably suffered some type of loss or developed a sense of fear of one thing or another. We have learned that if we cross the street at the wrong time, we could possibly get hit by a car because of all the traffic. Do you remember when your parents taught you how to cross the street? Trust me in the back of their mind they were hoping that you didn't make a mistake. Just like you did, when it was time to teach your children how to cross the street. They were probably a little nervous but they remembered what you taught them and the spirit of fear immediately left from them.
So now as an adult, you do know fear. You have experienced it at some point in your life. Now that you are no longer living with your parents you have found yourself "walking into the unknown". You don't know what's going to happen from one day to the next but you have to trust Jesus. While "walking into the unknown" may be leading you down a path of abuse, drugs, a friend with benefits, a backstabber as a friend or a man that will take your heart, place it under his feet and walk all over it.
Now, I am going to bring the scripture into light for you in today's situation. As a babe in Christ, Peter never had to worry about anything. Peter knew that Jesus was the Messiah, the Son of God. Peter trusted Jesus and he never had to worry about where he was going to sleep or what he was going to eat. All Peter knew was that as long as he was with Jesus everything was going to work out for him. You have to have the same attitude that Peter had when it came putting his trust in Jesus Christ.
If you are a babe in Christ, you are "walking into unknown" territory. You don't know what probably will arise from one day to the next. But Jesus is is bidding you to come closer, trust in Him to walk on water and He will catch you will you stumble. Don't make the same mistake that Peter made. When you are in that unknown territory of you life, keep your focus on Jesus. Don't take your eyes off the prize. Jesus will not bid you to come if He doesn't have your back. Even though Peter made the mistake of taking his eyes off Jesus, Jesus caught him before he began to sink. Just like when you were a newborn baby, Jesus will catch you before you sink, while you are "walking into the unknown", which is Satan's territory. While "walking into the unknown" there are times when you just feel like giving up. While "walking into the unknown" you scream and feel like pulling your hair out. You say to yourself, "Lord, you never put more on us than we can handle, I CAN'T HANDLE THIS! Lord, you said, You are an on time God, I THINK IT'S TIME NOW! PRAISE GOD FOR WALKING INTO THE UNKNOWN WITH YOU! AMEN!

MY BURDEN IS LIGHT
Good morning, Mighty Woman of God. I thank God for each of you daily and my prayers are always with you. So know this, even if I have never spoken with you personally, I call out your name in prayer daily.
(Matthew 11:28-30), Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
The Lord's burden is light. Meaning He won't put more on you than you can bare. Let me say that again, "HE WON'T". But that does not mean that other people in your life, won't put more on you then you can bare.
Certain people might come into your life that will not care about how much you can bare they will just keep trying to stuff more of their mess into your baggage. And single moms, I've been there. We have children that you have to take care of; why accept someone else's burden's, some other man's burden's. I was a married single mom. I say that because although I was married my husband during those times was not a dad or a husband according to the laws of God. And his burden was not at all light.
Some men know that when they have a good woman, a woman of integrity and value; they also know that you are the kind of woman that ill always take care of your children. You will always have a roof over your head and food in your cabinets. So your burden will count on you to be a good mother and provider. That type of man will stay with you, even though he is out running the streets all night. Even if you decide to move, he will start acting right long enough for you to include him in your future plans. That type of man, doesn't have a planned future but he knows that you do. That type of man is counting on you to be you, a woman of value, integrity and a woman of God.
Women are very emotional creatures, we follow our hearts. The bible says that we don't even know our own hearts. God does. That is why prayer and a relationship with the Lord is very important. Trust the Lord for your mate. If your burden's become heavy, then it is not of God and maybe its time for you to lighten the load. Stop, take a deep breath, and start rearranging and even throw away some of the things in your life that are too heavy. If you keep that persons burdens that does not fit with yours, then you are taking a chance that you won't be able to reach your destination which God has set for you.
I know that people always say that the Lord doesn't put more on you than you can bare. Like you, I have heard that saying many of times and did not believe it at all. Mainly because the burden did not appear to be light at that time. But, now I want you to believe and trust in God that His burden is light. If you find that the burden is not light; then it is not of God. When you get to a point where you think you cannot make it, stand up and remind yourself that you can handle whatever you are going through, because God said so and He will not let you down. Say to yourself, "I can handle this because God has made me strong enough to handle this. GIVE GOD PRAISE!

TAKING BACK YOUR REMOTE
Hello, my sisters in Christ Jesus. Sometimes I will find it necessary to repost certain blogs. This blog is something that needs to hit home from some of us.
(Psalms 29:11) The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.
Mighty
woman of God, it’s time for you to get your remote back. Yes, your remote!
Picture this: you’re watching a program on television and every time a
commercial comes on the person with the remote starts changing the channel. You
don’t say anything but it is really annoying you. You just keep looking at the
person with the remote, wishing they would stop pressing the button.
My question to you is, “Does someone else have your remote? By this, I’m asking, are you allowing someone else to control you? Do their reactions determine what type of day you are going to have? Are you constantly worried about whether they are going to be checking your phone messages? Do you have to make sure you are home at the same time every day or else you are accused of cheating? If you have any of those problems I just mentioned, then you have given your remote to someone else. You are allowing someone to control you.
In my early 30's, I gave my remote to someone. I had no control over anything in my life because of this person. I went through mental, physical and emotional abuse. He knew which buttons to press to make my life a living hell. Whatever he said, I did, just to keep peace in my house.
One day I heard the Spirit of the Lord say to me, "Who are you?" I had no idea. Never in a million years would I have thought that I would be so lost and allowing someone else to control me and my actions. I was a strong woman before this person came into my life. I started praying, something I hadn't done in ten years. I took my remote back (my life). The remote symbolizes your life. I hope this message can save you ten years.
Here’s what I want you to do, refuse to let that person, place or thing control you. Enjoy who you are and whatever decisions that you make with your life let them be yours. Hold on to your own remote, it's your life, make up in your mind that you will no longer allow someone else to change your channel from peace to sorrow, joy to bitterness and hatred. You should be able to control your own life. Just because you put your remote down for a moment, doesn’t give any man, woman or child, the right to pick it up and begin changing your station. LET US PRAY!
Heavenly Father, I give You all the praise and honor on today. Lord, I pray that You give me the strength to take back whatever the enemy has stolen from me. I pray also for wisdom and knowledge concerning any situation that may be controlling me. Lord, I want to walk under Your guidance and authority. Lord, I thank you for giving me strength to control my own life, and that I will have no fear to take back my remote. I thank You Lord, for keeping me safe through this journey of my life, in Jesus name, Amen.
(Psalms 29:11) The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.
My question to you is, “Does someone else have your remote? By this, I’m asking, are you allowing someone else to control you? Do their reactions determine what type of day you are going to have? Are you constantly worried about whether they are going to be checking your phone messages? Do you have to make sure you are home at the same time every day or else you are accused of cheating? If you have any of those problems I just mentioned, then you have given your remote to someone else. You are allowing someone to control you.
In my early 30's, I gave my remote to someone. I had no control over anything in my life because of this person. I went through mental, physical and emotional abuse. He knew which buttons to press to make my life a living hell. Whatever he said, I did, just to keep peace in my house.
One day I heard the Spirit of the Lord say to me, "Who are you?" I had no idea. Never in a million years would I have thought that I would be so lost and allowing someone else to control me and my actions. I was a strong woman before this person came into my life. I started praying, something I hadn't done in ten years. I took my remote back (my life). The remote symbolizes your life. I hope this message can save you ten years.
Here’s what I want you to do, refuse to let that person, place or thing control you. Enjoy who you are and whatever decisions that you make with your life let them be yours. Hold on to your own remote, it's your life, make up in your mind that you will no longer allow someone else to change your channel from peace to sorrow, joy to bitterness and hatred. You should be able to control your own life. Just because you put your remote down for a moment, doesn’t give any man, woman or child, the right to pick it up and begin changing your station. LET US PRAY!

THE TWINS (Grace and Mercy)
Good morning, Mighty Women of God.
Why is God's Grace and His Mercy so important to us? Why should we pray for His grace and mercy daily?
Well, I'm glad you asked. Years ago, before I became a Prayer Warrior, I'd always hear someone praying for grace and mercy. It just seemed like something that you should say when you are at a lost for words during time of prayer. Anyway, as I studied the Word of God and gained more knowledge of Him, I realized the purpose of having the Lord's grace and mercy. Grace give us what we do not deserve. For instance, we do not deserve the love of the Almighty God to send His Son to die for us. All of us are sinners. It's our nature. God knows that, but He loves us anyway. I have learned that I need God's grace to be upon my life to allow me to pray for others. Paul talks about the thorn in his side that God would not remove. "My grace is sufficient for you." God's grace allows us to freely walk in His provisions.
Mercy: No matter what title you hold in your church (Pastor, Deacon, Minister, Elder, Prophet), you have to pay for whatever sins you do. This is a fact. There are consequences for your actions. The good thing here is that Jesus sits at the right hand of God the Father making His plead for us. Even the most elect before God will bear His wrath. This does not mean that God will not continue to use us for His glory (that's grace). We should pray for God to have mercy upon us during the season of our punishment. For instance, if you are not a good steward over your finances and decide to gamble away the finances that God has blessed you with and don't pay your rent, you will be put out. Now, here comes God's mercy. Praying for God to have mercy upon you because of your sin, He will make sure you have a roof over your head and food to eat. That's mercy. It may not be what you are used to having, but His mercy kept you and your family from living on the street. (Read Micah 7:9). LET'S US PRAY!
Father God, we thank you for your grace and mercy today. Waking us up this morning and keeping watch over us as we slept last night. You are such an awesome God. You never sleep nor slumber. You are the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. We honor you and adore you Lord. Not just for things in our lives, but for our very lives. Lord we know that we are sinners and we are asking you today to have mercy upon us as we go through whatever the consequences are for our actions. Have mercy upon our children Lord for the decisions that they may have made that will bring your wrath upon them. Help us Lord to understand that you are our Heavenly Father and you love us and if you didn't punish us we might never learn the great extent of your mercy. We understand that our sin does not keep you from loving us. Thank you Almighty God. In Jesus Name Amen.
