ACCORDING TO YOUR FAITH

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I pray that you are all blessed and highly favored of the Lord on today.  I speak blessings of peace and joy upon you, in Jesus name.

(Matthew 9:28-29), And when he was come into the house; the blind men came to him; and Jesus saith unto them, "Believe ye that I am able to do this?  They said unto him, Yea, Lord.  Then touched he their eyes; saying, "According to your faith be it unto you.

In this scripture, there were two men following Jesus, begging Him to have mercy on them, so that they would receive their sight.  Jesus, asked them one question, "Do you believe".  Then as you notice, He then says something more important, "according to your faith".

Woman of God, do you believe?  How much faith do you really have?  Now, these may be easy questions for some of you, right away you probably say, "Yes, I believe, I have total faith in Jesus".  Some of you may have a little doubt and may say, "Well, I believe it's possible, but . . . ."  Let me tell you a little bit about me.  Again.

I have been ministering to women for a number of years.  I have a constant prayer life and I consider myself to have a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.  I prophesy to woman in His name and pray for others.  But now here's my dilemma.  I have been praying to the Lord about a specific thing that I need for Him to do for me.  I have followed the instructions that He has given me, now I need a miracle.  I found appropriate scriptures in the bible and have listen to other peoples testimonies and then I say to myself, "Okay, I've got it, I know how to pray about this situation".

This morning, as I was studying the word, God showed me that scripture.  Then He posed a questions to me, "Do you really believe?"  Well, I took awhile to answer, then with my head hanging down, I had to admit, that I didn't.  So then God says to me, "According to your faith, it will be done for you".  But as I listened closely to His words, I had come to the conclusion that I am not going to receive the miracle, if it is based on my faith.  The reason why I am telling you about my background is because sometimes no matter how far you think you have come, you might found out that you still have a little further to go.  You would think that I would have been jumping for joy and saying yes, Lord, I believe, but I had to look into my heart and be truthful with myself.

The message for us today it to change our mindset.  If you are believing the Lord for something, think about that scripture and be honest with yourself.  It does not mean that the Lord will not bless you, He wants you to grow in Him.  The second part is that according to your faith is the amount that you will receive from the Lord.  If you only have enough faith to believe Him for the little bit, that is exactly what you will receive, a little bit.  If you believe Him for the biggest blessing, that is what you will receive, the biggest.  So, ask yourself those two questions and if your answer comes out a little bit like mines did, then change your mindset.  Start rehearsing over and over in your mind what you are believing the Lord to do for you until it gets so far down in your spirit that know devil in hell can tell you that it won't be done.  As for me, I am going to start claiming my blessing over and over again, until it is embedded way down in my spirit.  Amen.  God bless you.

I pray that this was a timely message for someone on today.  I love you with the love of the Lord Jesus Christ.
