ROLL OF THE DICE

Good morning, Mighty Woman of God!  My prayer is that you will find comfort, encouragement and restoration as you read the Lord's message on today. God bless you, woman of God.

(Jeremiah 1:5), Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nation.

Everyday that I open my eyes on my own, I thank God.  When I can put my feet on the floor, by myself, I give God glory.  I don't have an oxygen tank nor do I have a nurse to help me to the table for breakfast.  If I had to have help doing these things, I would stay thank God in the heavens above.

When I was about in my twenties, I had a boyfriend that would shoot dice to win extra money.  I never understood the game or what the numbers meant on the dice.  I would see a group of men gathered in a circle, starring at the ground, waiting to see what the dice would read.  Apparently, if the dice didn't roll on a specific number, you lose.  Then you would throw another dollar on the ground to place your bet again.  Some men were very good at it, although I don't know how, since it is a gamble, how do you know whether or not you are wasting your dollar.

God doesn't gamble.  You were not formed by God rolling the dice.  He did not roll the dice to determine whether or not you would be a girl or boy.  God did not roll the dice to determine when you would be formed in your mothers womb.  He did not roll the dice to see if you were going to be aborted or not.  He did not roll the dice to determine what color your hair would be, how many fingers or toes you would have, what your complexion would be or whether or not you would be born out of wedlock.

Woman of God, you were not a mistake.  You were not the prodigy of a bastard child.  You were conceived unknowingly.  You were not born to keep your parents together or split them apart.  You were made in the image and likeness of God.  Before you were, God was.  Before your parents were, God was.  You were no accident.

The word of God says, before you were even conceived by your mother and father, God knew you.  After all is said and done, God knows what type of a woman you will become.  He knows the paths you are going to take.  Even today, you don't know what tomorrow has in store for you, God knows. He did not roll the dice to determine your destiny.  God does not gamble with your life.  He is not sitting in the heavens above consulting with the angels about what type of a day you are going to have today.  God consults with no one.  Aren't you glad you don't serve a God that cannot be a beacon of light to you?  You don't pray to a statue or a wall picture.  You don't have to go to a priest to confess your sins and be told how many "hale Mary's" to pray.  You serve a God that not only knows all about you, but He is compassionate, longsuffering, merciful and forever gracious towards you and me.  God doesn't gamble with our lives like we sometimes do.  We gamble with our lives when we wake in the morning and don't even acknowledge the fact the it was God who watched over us while we peacefully slept.  For God never sleeps nor slumber as we do.  We roll the dice, with our lives every time we assume that God knows our heart so therefore we don't pray and give Him glory.

Woman of God, if for some reason you got a little busy this morning and forget all about God's goodness and mercy towards you, take a praise break.  If you woke up this morning in your right state of mind and didn't thank your Heavenly Father, give Him glory.  If you give God praise every day before you start your day, you will find out that He has already gone ahead of you, making your footsteps light and moving obstacles out of your way.  You don't have to roll the dice to find our what God has in store for you, all you have to do is ask Him.  Ask God to guide your footsteps.  He does not have to roll the dice to plan your day.  And last but not least, God does not read your horoscope.  PRAISE GOD!

For those of you ladies that have signed up for the "Women's Conference" on May 25th, thank you so much.  Time is going by fast and I want to make sure that this is a blessed event and that everything is decent and in order according to the Lord.  I want to make sure I have enough space and all of you ladies are comfortable.  God is not rolling the dice and sending me over 400 miles away from home and He not show up.  Plan on a blessed time in the Lord, I am just a vessel that He is using to bless you.  Don't let the enemy keep you from attending this one day event.  God bless you.  See you soon.
