TWO FACED

Good morning, Mighty Woman of God!  I pray that you are blessed and that you will walk in the grace of God. Be kind to everyone you meet, you never know when an angel is in your presence.

(Revelation 3:15-16), I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou were cold or hot.  So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

Back in the day, when I was growing up, people would say, "She's two-faced".  Being called 'two-faced', was definitely words that will start a fight.  The term 'two-faced' meant that one minute you are friends with one person and the next minute you are talking about them behind their backs to another friend.  That always cause a fight.

Some of us suffer from "schizophrenia".  We act one way when we are in church and another way when we are at home or work.  We put on our big Christian smile and act like our life revolves around Christ only when we are around our sister's in Christ.  Are you walking and talking with God in front of church people?  Monday - Saturday, you are dancing with the devil and then on Sunday you put up a front in church.  But the moment we leave that church building we get in our cars, turn up the porno on the radio music, curse at the person that cut us off in a lane, yell at our kids, curse out the person in Burger King because you ask for no onions.  On Monday, we go to work and act a complete fool.  Your co-workers have no idea that you are a Christian or even attend church.  We only go to church on Sundays thinking that we are washing our sins away from the week.  And get ready to continuing sinning the rest of the week.  We act like we are doing God a favor by going to church.

Some of us play the role of a saint very well around others, but you cannot fool God.  Some of us have literally missed our calling for a Hollywood movie because we are such great actresses around people that don't know us.  In fact, Hollywood ain't got nothing on you, nor the role that you play daily.  The term, "fake it til you make it", is not going to work with God.

I once suffered from schizophrenia.  Monday-Saturday, I did smoke weed, cocaine and drank tequila and on Sunday I wen to church. Right after church I continue with my routine of drinking and doing drugs.  So I am not writing to you about something that I have not struggled with myself.  The reason why I am not still suffering from schizophrenia is because I kept attending church.  Eventually, the Spirit of the Lord won the battle over that spirit of addiction.

If you are struggling with some things and your hearts desire is to one day appear righteous before the Lord, He is deliver you.  But if you have decide to keep playing the "two-faced" game, you are not fooling anyone but yourself.

Think about your behavior.  Are you just a Christian on Sunday?  Will God call you two-faced?  It's time for you to pick a side.  PRAISE GOD!
