TAMING THE TONGUE

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I bless the Lord for each of you and pray that you are growing each day during your spiritual journey with the Lord Jesus Christ.  Today message may sting a little bit, but as always, I ask that you keep an open mind.  God bless you.

(James 3:7-10), People can tame all kinds of animals and birds and reptiles and fish, but no one can tame the tongue.  It is an uncontrollable evil, full of deadly poison.  Sometimes it praises our Lord and Father, and sometimes it breaks out into curses against those who have been made in the image of God.  And so blessing and cursing come pouring out of the same mouth.  Surely, my brothers and sisters, this is not right!

Have you ever said something to someone and immediately you wish you could take it back?  You wish you could just grab the words out of the air, before they reach their destination.  The thing about speaking words out of your mouth is that you can never catch the words once they leave your mouth.  You can eventually apologize for the things that you have said that may have harm someone, but the words still have power.  The bible says, "There is life and death in the power of the tongue".  You can easily speak blessings upon someone or even in your own life, as well as curse someone or yourself.

Think of yourself in worship service at church or in prayer; you are blessing the Lord God and  praying to Him with all your soul.  You may even speak in tongues at some point while praising God, then as soon as church is over, you go home and curse your children out.  God is saying that this should not be so.  I don't use profanity at all, I use to curse like a sailor, so to say.  But I don't use profanity because God has delivered me from that type of poison on my tongue.  Now that I often pray for people and sometimes deliver a prophetic word to people I don't want to do want that scripture says we should not do.  Once I read that scripture, it made a lot of sense to me, because of how the Lord uses me to comfort others.

Woman of God, let me just go over a few things with you today.  If you are a Christian, your ministry and testimony about the Lord, begins with you.  Your character and the words that come out of your mouth should be a testimony about who Jesus Christ is in your life.  You cannot bless someone in  the church, then curse someone on your job.  Profanity and a woman of God does not go together.  In my opinion a lady does not use profanity.  If you cannot get your point across to someone without using profanity, then you need to broaden your vocabulary.  Also, the scripture is not only referring to profanity, it also refers to gossipping and lying.  As a Christian, you should try to be very careful of the words that come out of your mouth.  Yes, the tongue is very hard to tame, but it is always better to try your best to please God by following the scriptures (the manuscript for Christian living).

I have read some of your facebook comments/posts.  I have observed that some of you will post a scripture or word of encouragement on your page, then later on in the day, you will post comments that will mess up your testimony that you posted earlier, this should not be.  If you want to bless people that read your facebook comments, then you have to be very careful not to discourage them by posting something that is not godly on your page.  This also destroys your testimony.

DEALING WITH A LOST OF LOVED ONE

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I thank God for each of you and continue to pray for you daily.  I speak peace and joy upon you my sisters, and may the Lord God bless you with your needs and wants.

(Isaiah 57:1-2), The righteous perish, and no one ponders it in his heart; devout men are taken away, and no one understands that the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil.  Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death.

One of the first things some people tend to do when when a family member or friend passes away, is wonder why God did not heal them, or save them from death.  When someone that you love pass away from an illness, you are able to accept it a little better.  When a loved passes away suddenly, maybe an accidental death, or at the hands of someone else, you tend to take the lose a little harder, because it was unexpectedly.

Sometimes even Christians that have totally put their faith in the Lord, might find themselves mad at God because they will miss their loved one.  You might be upset with the Lord because you think that He should have spared your son/daughter, friend or another family member from death.  You don't understand how a God that is full of compassion and love can take away a small child.

Understanding that God is love can help you to understand that God knows everything, and maybe, just maybe He is intent on saving your loved one from a life of turmoil or other tragedies.  Nothing can ever prepare you for the lost of a loved one.  No matter how much faith you have in God.  The most that you can hope for is that your loved one knows Jesus Christ as their Savior.  Knowing Jesus Christ and having total faith in Him, we know that this world is not our home, we are inevitably going to go to our eternal home, which is in heaven.  The bible says, "Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be.  My Father will honor the one who serves me.  If you are grieving the lost of a loved one, try to ponder on the above scripture, I pray that you will receive some comfort.  Think on that scripture when you are missing your loved one and try to smile because of God's promise.  I was very sad when my husband passed away, but I knew that he was resting in the Lord.  My husband was a man of God, therefore I have no reason to doubt that he is with the Lord.  I watched him get sick and suffer in his body, then God said, "that's enough", and called his son home.

In the First Book of Corinthians, the entire fifteenth chapter ministers about the resurrection of Christ, the resurrection of the dead and the resurrection body. I have included some of the verses for you to read, but I urge you to read the chapter in detail when you have the time.  (1 Corinthians 15:42-44), So will it be with the resurrection of the dead.  The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.  If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.

I don't like to watch too much local news, because of the stupidity that people do that end up in someones passing away. Parents are still leaving their children in the cars during heat warnings. People are still taking guns to school. Pedophiles are still raping and killing other peoples children. Those things sadden me a lot.  GOD BLESS YOU!

GOD, IT'S ME AGAIN!

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!
I pray that you are all safe and growing in your spiritual journey with the Lord.  I speak blessings of peace upon you and your families.  My prayer is that you are blessed by the ministry, "Spiritual Growth for Women Ministry".

(Psalms 3:4-5), I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill.   I laid me down and slept; I awakes for the Lord sustained me. (Psalms 4:1,3), Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.  But know that the Lord hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the Lord will hear when I call unto him.
Woman of God, when you cry out to the Lord God, He already knows your dilemma, He hears your cries and your prayers from heaven.  The heavens are where all your prayers go when you pray with your whole heart and soul.  Pray to the Lord God with everything you have inside of you.  Cry out to the Lord and He will not only hear your prayers, but He is right there with you in your situation.  You need to know that even as you slept, it is God that is sustaining you and His mercy wakes you up in the morning.  If you are righteous before God, God is with you when you feel like you are all alone in the world.  God is with you when you feel like your whole world is crumbling at your very feet.  God feels exactly what you feel, but know this, He with you through the storm and perfecting you for His glory.  I know that the storm may seem too windy at the moment but God is working it out for your good.  The Lord will not let the enemy prevail.  You will triumph through adversities of your life.
The Lord God has set you apart for himself and He hears you way before you call upon Him.  Just imagine Jesus sitting at the right hand of God the Father, and when the storm arises, Jesus quickly whispers in God the Father's ear saying, "she is my daughter, I am interceding on her behalf."  There is no better intercessor on the earth or in the heavens than Jesus Christ himself.  You are very valuable to Christ because you were bought with a price that no one could pay, but Christ.  He paid for you with His blood.  And it is His blood that will sustain you and keep Satan from devouring you.

I do realize that sometimes you may be going through some issues and you don't see God moving on your behalf.  There may be times where you cannot even hear from God and you feel like He has abandoned you, it is during these times that you must praise Him.  If you cannot hear God at the moment, then trust in His Word.

There have been times that I thought that God was angry at me, because I didn't keep my word, but I was wrong.  Just recently, I did something so terrible and I ask God for forgiveness and told Him that I did not know how to handle a particular situation that I was going through.  I ask the Lord to help me to do better because I know that I did the wrong thing, but I need help to keep me on the right track.  I thought that God would not bless the ministry, because of my shortcoming.  But God reminded me that; it's not about me.  As long as I have a heart to do right, He will be with me and keep His ministry growing through me.

I hope that I was of some help to someone that reads this message today and I pray that you gain strength in your life and peace in your heart.  Keep moving forward, no matter what.  If things are not going in the direction that you want; trust in the Lord that things are going in the direction that He wants.  GOD BLESS YOU!

YOU WERE CUSTOM MADE

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I love you with the love of the Lord.  I pray for you and your families daily.  I speak blessings of peace upon you and your families.

(Isaiah 44:1-2) Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen; Thus saith the Lord that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.  (Jeremiah 1:4-5) The word of the Lord came to me saying, Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations".

The bible also says, "You know me inside and out, you know every bone in my body; You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit, how I was sculpted from nothing into something."

Sometimes as you are reading your bible, you will realize that God is speaking to a particular person.  There are prophetic messages throughout the bible and God is using their voice to minister to them concerning things to come in the future.  In the above scriptures God is not only speaking to Isaiah or Jeremiah, he is speaking to all that will be reading His Word in the future.

Woman of God, today the Lord wants you to know that you were custom made.  Custom man for His purpose.  Even though, at that particular time God was speaking to Isaiah and Jeremiah, the Word is also for you.  God is saying that you are not an accident.  You may not have been planned by your parents, but you were planned by Him.  Everything about you from the time you were in your mother's womb, to the past and the present, God knew you. Before the earth was formed, God had you in His book to be born.  God knew exactly who your parents would be, what time you would be born and what your nationality would be.  God knows exactly what you are going through right now because you were predestined before the world was in existence.  I have included a poem written by Russell Kelfer.

You are who you are for a reason.  You're part of an intricate plan.  You're a precious and perfect unique design, Called God's special woman.  You look like you look for a reason.  Our God made no mistake.  He knit you together within the womb, You're just what he wanted to make.  The parents you had were the ones he chose, And no matter how you may feel, They were custom-designed with God's plan in mind, And they bear the master's seal.  No, that trauma you faced was not easy. And God wept that it hurt you so; But it was allowed to shape your heart so tat into his likeness you'd grow.  You are who you are for a reason, You've been formed by the Master's rod.  You are who you are, beloved, Because there is a God!

WOMEN'S DAY EVENT
"STIR UP THE GIFT - PROPHETIC - REVIVAL" to be held, June 6th 2015.

(1 Corinthians 12:7-11), Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.  To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues.  All this are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one, just as he determines.

So many of you have spiritual gifts that you haven't tapped into and you have asked for spiritual gifts, have received but your doubt keeps you from using your spiritual gift.

Revival - Some of you just need a revival.  You need to awake those spiritual gifts on the inside. Bring them out so that others will be blessed and give their life to Jesus Christ.  You just need to revival your spirit-man. You've just been out of touch for awhile and God is going to open that door back up to you.  GOD BLESS YOU

THE PEACE OF GOD

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I pray that each of you are blessed and highly favored of the Lord on today.  I speak blessings of peace upon your entire household.

(Psalms 55:16-17) As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me.  Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.  He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.

The book of Psalms was written by King David.  David is known for having a heart for the Lord God.  David knew God and God knew David.  Even though David was not a sinless man, he knew how to go to God to repent.  David sin against God in the most worst way by having a man killed just so that David could marry her.  The most important things that you should remember about David is that he loved the Lord God with all his heart.  He wanted to know God.  He was considered a friend of God's.

Even though there was an army coming against King David he knew that no matter what, God was going to give him victory over his enemies.  David was content on praying morning, noon and night to God and he knew without a doubt that God was with him.  The bible says that God will never leave nor forsake you.

Although you are going through some difficult times in your life right now, the Lord Jesus is with you, He is not a man that He should lie.  If He said it, then you can have faith to believe the word of God.  Although many are against you, Jesus is right there with you.  The army of the things of this world may be crouching at your door, but you have to believe that Jesus Christ is in your home.  He will deliver your soul in peace from all that you are going through in your life right now.  Deliver your soul into peace, means that if you pray to Christ and ask Him, He will give you peace at that very moment.

When you are going through this Christian walk it can sometimes seem overwhelming and difficult to stay your course.  But with the Lord Jesus on your side, He will give you peace that surpasses all understanding.  This means that as you go through difficult changes in your life, that peace can never be understood by man.  Peace that surpasses all understanding, is when you are going through something so bad, people won't even notice because that don't understand the peace that Christ has given to you.

King David was not a man without sin in his life, but he knew how to go to God and repent.  He spend time with God, praying and worshipping.  You are not without sin either and God is no respecter of persons; this means that all you have to do is pray for forgiveness and you are forgiven right then and there, God doesn't hold it against you and He will still give you peace of mind and victory over your difficult circumstances in your spiritual journey with Him.  Hold on to Christ, because He is holding on to you.  No matter how bad you think you messed up.  God Bless You!

EMOTIONAL ABUSE

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I pray that you have all had a happy and safe holiday!  I pray that you will be blessed by today's message.  Keep an open mind. Pray for me and one another.  God bless you.

In the Bible there is a story about Jacob and Esau.  They were brothers, one was always working outside of the house and had very hairy hands, working hands, that was Esau.  Jacob stayed in the house most of the time with his mother.  Jacob was his mother's favorite, but Esau was the first born.  Back in those days, upon the father's death, the father would pass his blessings down to the oldest son.  Jacob's mothers knew that her husband was dying and so she devised a trick in order for Jacob to received Esau's blessings, while Esau was out hunting.  Anyway to make a long story short, that is exactly what happened, Jacob stole Esau's blessings, by tricking their father, who at the time was blinded and couldn't tell which son his was blessings.

When Esau returned home he found out what had happened and not only did he not receive his father's blessings, his father left everything to Jacob.  Esau was very hurt, Esau was emotionally hurt by what his mother and brother had done to him.

I am going to talk about emotional abuse.  A lot of the times we only hear or primarily care about physical abuse.  I want you to know that emotional abuse is just as bad, because it leaves unseen scars on a persons heart.  Unseen scars are much harder to heal than scars that are seen.  I want to talk about the emotional abuse that a person goes through when they are constantly being accused or ridiculed for something that they have not done or maybe something that was done.  If you are the type of person that cannot leave the house without being accused of sleeping around, this can cause emotional abuse.  If you are the type of person that comes home from anywhere and have to get your phone messages checked or text messages checked, you are emotionally abused.  If you take a shower at a time that is not bedtime and have to explain why, you are emotionally abused.  If every time you put your phone down, you have to worry about what your spouse or significant other will do, you are emotionally abused.  If you have to spend hours of your time explaining your daily routine, you are emotionally abused.

What happens is your brain is going to eventually get overwhelmed with all of this turmoil and accusations that you can possible have a nervous breakdown.  The person that you have chosen to spend your time with should trust you and vice versa.  You and that person need to put the phone down.  Being emotionally abused doesn't show on the outside like physical abuse, that is why you are more susceptible to having a breakdown.  You emotions will eventually come out and you will eventually blow up.

Emotional, physical or mental abuse is nothing to play around with.  You have a life and anything that disrupts your life such as those topics can and will eventually wear you down to the point where you probably will give up your freedom.  Your freedom to visit friends or even keep a steady job.

If you are having any of those problems and are in a good church, consider seeking counseling before your marriage is over.  If you are not marriage, consider not marrying this person until you seek help, marriage will not make him trust you, if will only make him worst, because of his insecurities, he will think that he owes you.

I pray that this is a timely message for someone today, and that you can have a healthy relationship with your spouse or significant other.  God Bless You.

BANDAGES

Good Morning, Mighty Women of God!

Today we are going to take off bandages and let our sores heal properly. You remember when you had a bad sore on you leg? Your mother would first wash the sore, then put a bandage on it. After a couple of days she would check on it to see if it was time to take the bandage off and let it get some air. Once the scar began to get enough air, it developed a scab. A couple of days later, the scab would fall off and you would began to see your skin color change back into the color of it original state. If you leave the bandage on too long, the scar will not heal at the time that it should. It will get bigger than it was, when you first got it. Are you following me? I want you to put on your spiritual cap and stay with me for a moment, God's going to give you an awesome revelation.
A lot of us have battle wounds and we refuse to take the bandage off, and allow the Lord to completely heal us properly. It is human nature to cover up what is hurting us (it stings, it burns and it throbs). We are fixed on thinking that as longs as the wound is covered up no one will see how ugly it makes the rest of the body look. As long as it is covered, we don't have to look at it. But, if you don't take the bandage off the Lord can't blow on it and make heal it. The Lord wants to wash your battle wounds with the Holy Spirit and let it heal so it won't get bigger. The bigger the wound the bigger the bandage. You might have started off with a small bandage and now you need a bigger one. The truth of the matter is, if people could really see your battle wounds, you would look like a mummy (all wrapped up).

You covered up the fact that you were abused as a child, and now the wound is so big, you make it impossible for anyone to love you. Impossible to even love your own children as a mother should. You were hurt so badly in a past relationship and now your bandage is so big, you allow men to talk to you anyway they want to, slap you, push you and make you feel like you have no more you. You have low self-esteem because you are still covering up the fact that you have been called every name in the book (even by family members). You had a child out of wedlock and don't know who or where the father is. Your wound is so big that the devil whispers in your ear, reminding you of it every time you try to get close to God.
Maybe I didn't specifically name your battle wound, but I can almost guarantee, that you do have one. Whether the wound is covered or not, the Lord can heal you. You can have the life that He wants you to have. You can be called a godly woman. First, take off the bandage (ask for God's forgiveness). Call out your sin, call it out, that is so important because the enemy don't want you to put him out. Let it grow a scab so it can heal (pray and read your word daily). Thirdly, the scab falls off and you began to look the way the Jesus wants you to. Allow the Lord to use you as a living testimony, that He is the only true and living God. Allow the Lord to love on you and when the devil whispers negative thoughts in your ear, you praise and worship and thank Jesus that you are free from all condemnation. LET US PRAY!
Heavenly Father, I come to You as humbly as I know how. For me Lord for sinning against You. Lord I call out my sins to you that are keeping me from getting closer to You. Your promises that Your goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and now I accept You and the mercy You have shown me. Lord Jesus, I ask that You remove anything that is not like You from my body. Anything that exalts itself against You, I claim victory by the power of the Holy Spirit. Lord use me as a living testimony to help lead the lost to the cross. I love You Lord Jesus, Amen.
