BY FAITH

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I pray that you are all in good health and in great spirit.  I speak blessings of love, peace and joy upon you.  I speak God's mercy and grace into your life.

(Hebrews 11:1-31), Now faith is being sure of what we hop for and certain of what we do not see.  This is what the ancients were commended for.

I did not put the entire versus down because it would be too long.  Please read the entire 11th chapter of Hebrews so that you can gain full knowledge of how important Faith in the Lord Jesus can be.  I will give you only the beginning of each verse.  The Lord wants you to not only see this, but catch it as well.  Are you ready?

(3) By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God's command (4) By faith Abel offered God a better sacrifice than Cain did, By faith he was commended as a righteous man, And by faith he still speaks, even though he is dead. (5) By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death (6) And with faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who come to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek Him (7) By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet see, built an ark, (8) By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed (9) By faith he made his home in the promised land (11) By faith Abraham, even though he was past age, and Sarah herself was barren became a father (13) by faith when they died, They did not receive things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance (17) By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice (20) By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau in regard to their future. (21) By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of Joseph's sons, and worshipped as he leaned on the top of his staff. (22) By faith Joseph, when his end was near spoke about the exodus of the Israelites from Egypt. (23) By faith Moses' parents hid him for three months after he was born (24) By faith Moses chose to be mistreated for his people (27) By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the king's anger (28) By faith he kept the Passover and the sprinkling of blood (29) By faith the people passed through the Red Sea on dry land (30) By faith the walls of Jericho fell (31) By faith the prostitute Rahab, because she welcomed the spies, was not killed with those who were disobedient.

Woman of God, there are so many more people in the bible that acted by faith and obedience to the Lord God.  If you are in obedience to the Lord and have faith, He shall bring it to pass.  Faith is something that can never be seen by man, but it can be tested by God.  When God is testing your faith, remember the people spoken in the book of Hebrews. Remember Abraham because of his faith he and Sarah had a child that they had been believing God for, at their old age.  Abraham was willing to be obedient to God to sacrifice his only son.

God the Father, sacrificed His only Son in order for us to live eternity in heaven alongside of Him.  By faith, this is what you must believe if you are looking forward to God's blessings.  By faith, you must believe that after this life, you will spend eternity with the Lord Jesus Christ that died for you and me, by faith.  PRAISE GOD!  AMEN

A WIMPY GOD

Good morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I pray that you are all in good health and today's message will be a blessing to you.  I speak blessings of favor upon you.

(Psalms 37:4-5), Delight thyself also in the Lord, and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.  Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in Him; and He shall bring it to pass.

I have been dealing with the issue of how to get my book out to the public.  I have followed God's instructions and now I am waiting for a miraculous move on His behalf.  Through this book, my prayer is that I can get some speaking engagements (paid or not).  It's not about the money, it's about souls and the fact that I don't feel whole unless I am out ministering and praying for women.  I pray about the ministry and the book daily.

Yesterday, I read something that was such an eye-opener to me.  A minister and author was saying that she was desiring the same thing as myself, but her mistake was that she looked at God as "wimpy".  I don't know about you, but I serve a big God.  She said she never really prayed exactly what she wanted God to do.  Her prayer was basically, "Well, God, if you want to, or God, if you see fit".  As I read her blog, I could relate to that.  Sometimes we pray with all faith and then we close our prayer with a simple, "If it is Your will".  Of course, it is God's will that we prosper, especially if it is something that will bring souls to Him.  If it is something that He has guided you through.

I will give you a quick story.  Yeah, I always have a story.  I was looking for a new job and I had been praying about it for a year.  I had the faith that God would do it for me, but I just had a simple pray, for a "wimpy God", not a prayer for a big God.  I was not specific as to what I desired God to do for me.  Then my prayer changed, I got specific.  Here is my big God prayer; "Lord, I am praying for a good job, one that I will be happy to get up in the morning and go to, I would like great benefits for my family, I don't want to travel too long to get to my job, I want Christmas bonuses and I want to work for a great company.

Within a weeks time I had an interview for a new job.  They called me back and offered me the job, but there was one catch, I had to take a $5,000 pay cut.  But here is what they offered; I didn't have to travel far the train stopped under the same building that I recently worked at, the health benefit were awesome, they offered Christmas bonuses, and yearly bonuses.  And every January the entire department went on an all inclusive paid vacation to a beautiful island.  The first year, I went to the Bahamas, then Jamaica, Cancun and the Playa Mexico.  That was definitely worth the $5,000 pay cut, which was I received over the years time.

Woman of God, my message to you is that we don't serve a "wimpy God".  We serve a God that is able to do above anything that we can ever even imagine.  We serve a God that will open up the windows of heaven and pour us out a blessing that will overtake us.  So the next time that you are praying and believing the Lord for something, be specific.  Instead of praying for a job, tell Him what type of job you want, tell Him what type of car you desire, don't just pray for a husband, pray for a man of God that will love you as much as God loves you.  Be specific, we don't serve a "wimpy God".  So now even my prayers will change.  I knew to be specific, but I let that one get pass me.  Praise God.  Amen! God bless you.

KEEP IT TOGETHER

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I speak blessings into your life and pray that this ministry has been and will continue to be a blessing to you spiritually.

When things go wrong, as they sometimes do, this is the time to "keep it together".  I can remember a time where we really did not have enough food to eat.  The Holy Spirit reminded me of the scripture that the Lord will supply all of my needs.  I took another look in my cabinets and refrigerator and I did find something to cook.  It may not have been what I wanted but it was definitely edible and enough for a couple of days.

Here is a list of items that you should always try to keep in your cabinet and refrigerator. Pancake mix (you only need water), rice (starch will fill you up) and it's cheap. Beans (very cheap and will keep you full). Applesauce (kids love applesauce), peanut butter, jelly, romane noodles, saltine crackers (they're cheap and you can use your peanut with them). Having just those items in your kitchen will go a long way. I know. It may not be exactly what you want at the time, but the main thing is that you and your children eat. Your children will never know that you are having financial difficulties.  Also call your local food banks, don't ever have too much pride, when you have children to feed.  I have gotten up four hours early to be in line for boxes of food and then had to push my cart a couple of miles home.  I did not care, my son did eat.  Things will get better, but for now, "keep it together".

Sometimes it looks like God is not concerned about our daily needs when we desire something that we already have.  You might be in a situation in your home and you think that God is not concerned about your well being, He is right there with you.  When you are suffering, God is hurting.  He never leaves nor forsakes you, although in your mind, he has left you a long time ago.  During this point in your life where you feel a spiritual drought, is when you praise Him more.  The Lord God wants you to keep it together.  Don't let the enemy see you sweat, don't let have a pity party, because God doesn't go to those types of parties.  Have a praise party and shake the devil loose.  It's okay to cry, if you have to go in the bathroom, cry and dry your face but "keep it together".

The Lord God is watching you, He wants to see if you pray anyhow.  If you praise, anyhow.  If you give Him glory anyhow.  God wants you to be matured in every area of your life.  He knows you can praise and worship Him when things are going great, but will you still praise and worship when things are falling apart?  Will you "keep it together?"  AMEN! GOD BLESS YOU!

HE LOVES ME . . . HE LOVES NOT

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I bless the Lord Jesus Christ for each of you in the ministry.  Thank you for your support and reading my daily messages.  I pray that you have been released from at least some of the issues that have kept you spiritually bound.

Do you remember collecting flowers and you would pick off each pedal saying, "He loves me, he love me not"?  If the pedal did not land on "he loves me", you would pick another flower and start all over again until you landed on "he loves me"

Now, it's time for the message, it might be a little brutal, but I pray that you are helped in some kind of way.  Some of you are treating your relationships just like those flower pedal.  You throw one man and pick up another one right away, ending up with the same results.  You just continue picking the wrong man.  At some point in your mind you think to yourself, "Why do I keep picking the wrong man?"  It seems like you have a sign on your forehead that says, "You can treat me like crap".  As soon as you are rid of one man, you never give yourself time to get over that relationship before you begin another one.  That is your first mistake.  If you have been in a relationship with a man that you were in love with, you need to take some time for yourself to heal.  But you don't do that, you are sucked right away into another relationship that will ultimately fell.

Some of you are in abusive relationships and you know it but you will not acknowledge it to yourself.  You make excuses as to why that man of yours acts the way that he does.  If you get out of that type of relationship, you need to give yourself time for your heart to heal.  If you continue to stay in that relationship then you are setting yourself up for a life of long disappointments.  Any man that is abusive will never change.  I know.  You cannot change that man.  Some women get involved with the wrong type of man, knowingly, but the thought in your mind is that you will somehow change his ways, because you think he's cute.

Some of you are in relationships with a man that stays away from home for a considerable amount of days and you allow this type of behavior to continue.  You think that if you do this, or that, he will stop going out altogether.  You are sadly mistaken.  The more bad behavior that you put up with the more you will get.  If you keep doing what you are doing, you will keep getting what you are getting.  You main reason for allowing that man to stick around is that you don't want to be lonely or you are so in love.  If you are in love with that type of behavior, then I must say, you don't think too much about yourself.

You are the most important person in your life.  You are a woman of value and you are allowing someone else to pull your strings.  You need to be jealous over yourself, not over some man.  If you need to check emails and phone messages, you are in the wrong relationship.  You need to believe that God wants the best for you.  The Lord does not want you to be a victim of any man.  God is a jealous God, and you are putting that man before Him.  How?  Because you are allowing that relationship to overcome your relationship with God.  The bible says, "put no man before God".

Again, love is an action word. If you are in a relationship with a man that is not showing you, by his actions that he loves you, then you are selling yourself short.  You are accepting less than you deserve.  I realize that it is sometimes hard to leave a relationship that you have been in for a long time, but think on the fact that you have been mistreat that long.  Flowers, candy and dinners don't constitute love, especially if after all that he doesn't come home or is abusive when he is at home.  You know that if a man doesn't come home all night he is sleeping somewhere no matter what story he comes up with, you just buy into the story.  If you have to check emails, facebook or phones then you are in the wrong relationship, "he loves you not".

There is only one relationship that you can be in and be sure that "he love you" without picking pedals is a relationship with Jesus Christ.  Get yourself in a relationship with God, he will never fail.
Amen!

WELL DONE . . . SERVANT

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I thank God for each of you and the ministry.  My prayer is that you are being spiritually fed daily and you are developing a closer relationship with the Lord, Jesus Christ.

(Matthew 25:21) At the end of the age when we are face to face with God, we all want Him to say well done my good and faithful servant. In this verse, Jesus tells a parable of a master telling his servant that he was good and faithful with a few things, and hence will be given even more.

When you see Jesus face to face, what will He say to you?  God has given you talents, spiritual gifts and treasures, what are you doing with them?
Woman of God, you have been given a talent that God has placed on the inside of you from the time that you were born.  Your talent could be singing, teaching, writing, playing musical instrument or some other talent.  Whatever your talent is, you don't have to dig deep to find it.  It shows itself.  Your talent is something that you do with ease.  You don't have to study for it, or you excel in that very thing that the Lord has blessed you with.  Your spiritual gift is given by the Holy Spirit.  It is a gift for you to use to edify the Body of Christ.  Your spiritual gift will always be a blessing to someone else if you are using it under the power of the Holy Spirit.  Your treasure is your finances.

The bible tells us to use our time, talents and treasurers for the church.  Not the building, the people outside of the building.  You should be using those things to add to the Body of Christ by ministering to the sick, shelters, homeless and yes, even those people you see everyday that you try to avoid because they smell or are not your class of people.

If you are faithful over the little things that the Lord gives you, then He will increase your worth.  If you are faithful with your talent (using it to glorify the Lord), he will perfect that which was given.  If you are faithful with the treasurers that you have (giving, tithes), He will increase your finances because He sees that you are not selfish.

The best way to make sure that you are making good use of what the Lord has given to you, is to ask Him to show you how to be a good steward over your finances, talent and spiritual gifts.  Whenever you are giving, be a cheerful giver.  Whenever you are ministering to someone, minister out of love.  Whenever you show up for your job, show up on time.  Do these things to the glory of God, for the Lord, not for yourself, this will keep you selfless, not selfish.

You will be overwhelmed by what the Lord God will do for you because of your love and actions towards others.  This Christian walk is all about how you treat others, not how others treat you.  You worry about you and let God worry about them.  God the Father gave you His best when He sent His Son to die on the cross for you.  Give God your best and watch Him change your life.  Amen!  Praise God!

A SPIRIT OF WORSHIP

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I thank God for you and pray that you are all blessed in everything that you do.  I speak blessings of healing and peace in your families.

(Romans 12:1), Therefore, I urge you brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, this is your spiritual act of worship.

Woman of God, I want to help you develop a closer relationship with the Lord through worship.  When we think about worship, we think about being in a quiet place, lifting hands or kneeling in prayer.  You might even think that you have to be in a church service to offer God worship.  All of these are good but what if you aren't able to get into a quiet place or a church building?

Worshipping God can be done in a lot of different ways.  We are to worship the Lord in every thing that we do and say.  You can worship God by listening to gospel music while doing household chores.  You can also worship God by praying with or for someone else.  You can worship God by fasting, showing love towards others or by giving towards others.  All of these are acts of worship. Worship is not just listening to soft music while lifting your hands in prayer.  You can worship the Lord in every act of kindness that you do.  Anything that you do that brings glory to the Lord is an act of worship.  Music or church has nothing to do with your worship.

You offer your entire body as a living sacrifice to God by your everyday actions.  The Lord does not want you to be limited to a church building or a quiet room to worship Him.  If you don't put God in a box then you will find out that there is more to Him than you could ever imagine.  We often put God in a box without even realizing it, by believing that He only moves in certain ways or situations.  You are always going to come up short when you put God in a box.  God moves in different ways according to the circumstances.  You can give God praise and worship just by offering yourself to someone else.  What I mean by this is, offer your talents, treasures or time to help someone other than yourself.  When you do this, you are offering your whole body not just your hands, this is your spiritual act of worship.

God does not just want part of you.  If you expect God to bless you abundantly, then why offer Him half of worship.  Worship God in spirit and in truth simply means that you are truthful with Him and that your spirit is in sync with Him.  Worship the Lord everyday just by offering yourself to Him and allowing Him to use you in any way that He chooses.  Amen!

YOUR LIFE IS OVER

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

I thank God for each of you daily and "Spiritual Growth for Women Ministry".  I pray that the Lord will blessed you more than you can even comprehend.

(Ephesians 2:16), You are members of God's very own family, citizens of God's country, and you belong in God's household with every other Christian.

Aren't you glad you gave your life over to the Lord Jesus Christ?  Now He can take care of all the problems you thought your had to handle by yourself.  Thank you Jesus!  You don't have to be concerned about making mistakes or going in the wrong direction.  You don't have to sit and worry about having enough finances to take care of your everyday needs.  The bibles says, that the Lord takes care of even the birds of the air, surely He will take care of you.

The moment you decided to give your life to Jesus Christ, His blood is now on your hands.  Everything that you touch will be blessed.  All your sins, past, present and future are forgiven, because Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God, sits on the right hand of God the Father and intercedes on your behalf.

This is very important to you because the enemy goes to and from heaven accusing you of your daily sins.  He is trying to get the Lord to punish you, but because your life is now belonging to Christ, Jesus whispers in the Father's ear and says, "She's mine, she's forgiven". HALLELUJAH!  If that doesn't make you give the Lord praise, you just don't get it yet.

Think on this; think back over your life and all the messy situations that you have been in and by this worlds' standards and laws you should be dead.  Think about all the times that you have really done something that you knew was not right, but you did it anyway, and yet, Christ loves you so much, He still whispered, "She's mine, she's forgiven.  Think about the times when you should have been put in jail, lost your job, your home and your life, but instead you were blessed.  Think about the times when you prayed for a miracle and Christ says, "It's on the way, my daughter".   Think about the times that you knew you had one foot in hell and Christ said, "Not so".  Think about the times that you don't even know about and the Lord snatched you out of the enemies reach.  MY GOD!

It's time to think back over your life and give honor to whom honor is due.  Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God!  Amen.
