SEAL OF APPROVAL

Good Morning, Mighty Woman of God!

(Daniel 6:8-9) Now, O king, establish the decree, and sign the writing, that it be not changed according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not. Wherefore king Darius signed the writing and the decree.

(John 6:27-29) Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which for him hath God the Father sealed.  Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them; This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

In the Old Testament, when a king would set a law, he would put it in writing and decree the law.  If he wanted to send a message out of his city to another king, he would then put his seal upon it.  Each king had their own seal of approval.  Once the king decreed a law or sent a message with his seal, it could not be changed, not even by him.  Every king had their own signature ring or seal.  No one in the entire kingdom had this seal, so it could not be duplicated by anyone.

In the New Testament, there is but one king.  The King of Kings (Jesus Christ).  God the Father sealed His only begotten Son.  The seal that God the Father placed upon Christ, cannot be altered in any way.  No one has the same seal, nor can Christ be duplicated.  God the Father had decreed that once His Son, Jesus Christ has died, risen and ascended unto heaven; there is a new seal.  The seal was not undone, it became new through the blood of Jesus.  Once Jesus Christ shed His blood for the believers, we were sealed by the blood of Christ.  The blood of Christ cannot be duplicated.  He is the King of Kings and that which He has decreed will come to pass.

This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.  We as believers have only but one things to do to receive the seal of the King of Kings; believe on him whom God hath sent.  LET US PRAY!

Heavenly Father, I thank and praise you on today.  Thank you for Your Son, King of Kings for the seal of approval.  The blood that was shed to seal my name in the book of life.  You are an awesome God and I pray for your grace and mercy on me.  Lord, give me the strength I need to overcome the pitfalls that will keep me from doing your will for my life.  Lord, I pray that you are glorified in my everyday life, in Jesus name, Amen.
